There is a difference between “is to be hung” and “is to be hanged”. :-/
You’re correct there Michael, I think I’ll opt for ‘is to be hanged’ 🙂
Wrong location. It should be [or he] hung[hanged?] in Co.Cavan or the Fletcher Memorial Home [for wasters,etc].
