THE Luas is shaky and Dublin port tunnel is leaking. Did someone suggest constructing a nuclear power station?

In fairness the complaints about the tunnel leaking is a bit ridiculous. As far as I know all tunnels let water through to a certain extent.
And the thing about the Luas isn’t dangerous it is just two Noisey.
